Take the N7/M7 towards Limerick
Exit at Junction 26 of the M7
Follow the link road N52 towards Borrisokane, going through a series of roundabouts
At the last roundabout, called Borrisokane Road Roundabout, take first exit, N52 towards Borrisokane
After approx 600metres, take slip road on left onto Lake Drive Route, R493 for Ballinderry and Puckane
Continue along the Lake Drive Route, passing through the village of Puckane and then through Coolbawn village (pink shop on right hand side) continue straight for approx 3.5km.
Entrance to Coolbawn Quay Spa Marina Club is on your left.

After passing Loughrea take the N65 on your right to Portumna.
Keep on the N65 through Portumna across the river Shannon and towards Borrisokane.
At the village of Carrigahorig turn right at the Half Door Bar onto Lough Derg Drive -R493
Continue through villages of Terryglass and Ballinderry
Entrance to Coolbawn Quay Spa Marina Club is on your right approx 5km after Ballinderry village
