The Schoolhouse conference room can cater for up to 40 guests for a meeting and 50 guests for a private formal or informal lunch or evening meal. This room is adorned with natural daylight looking out onto the meandering lanes that ripple through the village. Together with its natural daylight and fresh tones this room is the epitome of calm, the perfect combination for any winning team!

Our onsite facilities include:

• Clubhouse Bar and highly acclaimed Restaurant.
• Aqua Spa with counter current pool, sauna and steam room.
• Luxurious hotel-style accommodation.
• Marina together with private deck.

The following activities can either be arranged on site or enjoyed within the locality:

• Cruise of the Shannon from Coolbawn Quay harbour

• Water-skiing, fishing, wakeboarding, sailing.

Combining our on-site facilities with local amenities we can put together a tailor-made package to suit individual needs. Coolbawn Quay is a private location and is available for hire for parties and special events. Our accommodation throughout the village consists of 47 bedrooms with a total sleeping capacity of 96 persons.
