Weddings Coolbawn Quay is a beautiful and very romantic setting for a wedding. It has a very special air of tranquility and beauty, with a touch of luxury and comfort that make weddings here quite unique.
For your Drinks Reception champagne and canapes are served on the deck by the water's edge, followed by a delicious Wedding Feast served in our luxury banqueting marquee, overlooking the marina. At Coolbawn Quay we only host one wedding per weekend, and one midweek, so whatever day you choose, there will be no feeling of having to rush away for the next group to come in, so you can relax and truly enjoy your time with us. It also means that we can concentrate entirely on your event, and on making it as unforgettable as it should be. We can sleep up to 96 guests in our luxurious suites and cottages, and for weekend weddings all this accommodation will be filled by your guests on the wedding night, making the village private just for you. We also have a list of local Guest Houses and B&Bs for any overflow. At Coolbawn Quay you can have your own private wedding village which is exclusively yours for the duration of your event. Many bridal parties stay on for a second night, enjoying a barbecue the next day, and we can help with arranging activities, such as a Cruise of the Shannon, for your guests.
