After 25 years in the hospitality industry Marian embarked on a 3 month residential  course at Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2010. With the skills and knowledge she gained from this course combined with cookery courses in Bali, Vietnam and Thailand, Marion set up Manna Bia Foods, a wholefoods plant based food business in Tipperary. From Farmers Markets, Event Catering, Pop Ups and Cookery Demos Marion shares her passion for nutritious, healthy foods that are simple, fresh and easy to prepare.

As a qualified, experienced RYT200 yoga teacher, University of Limerick NCEF Health & Fitness Instructor, Rosie’s passion for health and wellness is evident in the many different Yoga styles in which she currently guides her students through such as Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Sculpt.

In addition to Yoga, Rosie’s practice as a Bodyworker,  Life & Wellness Coach and Power of Touch Therapist allows her to share her vast knowledge of the real connection between whole system mind body healing. As a dedicated Wim Hoffer Rosie swims daily on the Wild Atlantic Way and is always sharing her enthusiasm about the benefits of cold water immersion and breath work. With her attitude to gratitude and love for motorbikes you can guarantee a positive, fun Retreat with Rosie and her long term goal  for us all to Rise & Thrive………..

Educated in a broad range of treatments including massage, face and body therapies, beauty treatments and make-up artistry. Aisling is dedicated to deliver the ultimate spa experience to every guest on every level and enjoys creating a warm, relaxing environment to unwind and recharge, she looks forward to assisting you on your journey to improve relaxation and wellbeing.

Check in at reception and settle into your ‘home from home’ for the weekend, enjoy a warming herbal drink and some delicious homemade bliss balls.

11.00 I Opening Yoga with Rosie McMahon

Join Rosie in our breathtaking lakeside glass fronted studio for the first of your yoga classes

12.30 I Wholesome Buffet Lunch

Join us for a relaxing lunch in our cosy Clubhouse, warming soups, nutritious, colourful salads and delicious homemade breads using an abundance of locally sourced organic produce

13.30 I Life Coaching Workshop

Looking for some answers? Struggling to find a balance in your life? Make that change in 2020. Feel heard and understood in this supportive, relaxed workshop with a focus on simple strategies to build confidence, set achievable goals and build on a happy life.

15.00 I Me Time

Slip away for a treatment and  submit to the caring hands of our Elemis Therapists

Stroll the shores of our beautiful resort

Read a book in a secluded hammock

Feel the motion of the water in a cosy static rowing boat

Embrace Wild Swimming from the platform followed by an infra red Sauna on the deck

Take a leisurely walk to the Cominchas Woodland and explore the concept of Forest Bathing

Take a nap

Come together in the Clubhouse for a glass of prosecco, refreshing Mocktails and some delicious canapes.

18.30 | Dinner

Enjoy a delicious three course dinner in our Lakeshore Restaurant. Clubhouse Chef Len combines the elements of fresh, seasonal, local produce with the added benefit of nutrient dense plant based foods to ensure a well balanced choice of dishes at every meal.

20.30 I Candlelit Yoga

Reflect on today’s journey of self discovery and future intentions with a serene, meditative class

Linger over a long breakfast of fresh fruit platters, nut butters, overnight oats, creamy porridge with winter fruit compote, house made granola, wholemeal bread, toasted seeds and free range eggs……all served continental style in our cosy Lakeshore Restaurant..

 10.30 |  Sunday Splash

Join Rosie and indulge in her passion for cold water immersion, brace yourself for a dip in the cooling waters of Lough Derg and cosy up in our deck side Infra Red Sauna after a revitalising spring water shower

12.00 I Closing Intentions Yoga

An uplifting, energising class focusing on future intentions of self care and positivity
